It was a busy golfing weekend in the sun for Belton Woods Juniors.
On Saturday, there was the normal Saturday coaching sessions with Iain, followed by a Stableford Summer League competition for those with handicaps. Non handicap juniors followed on with 6 or 9 hole course practise, with some submitting handicap cards.
On Sunday the Golfsixes squad, pictured above, were at Spalding Golf Club for the 2nd round of this years Golfsixes league. All performed brilliantly to win the match and are now in 1st place in a very closely fought league.
Whilst some of the older juniors were gaining matchplay experience hosting Melton Mowbray Juniors, a number of other juniors were off competing in regional competitions.
Daniel Agapito, above, had the best Gross in the very competitive Robert Rock Tour event at Chesterfield Golf Course.
Others were competing in the 2nd round of the Daisy Junior Golf League at Burghley Golf Club, with Darcey Myers finishing 2nd and Eva Nicholls 4th in their age groups, and the NUGC Nippers Tour at Oakmere GC with Sofia Evison finishing 3rd in her age group.
