It is with sadness that we announce the death of a much loved member of the Ladies
section, Betty Ellis. Betty was a friend to many and always gave willingly of her time.
She was happy to play with all, and helped many ladies to gain their handicaps
Betty served as Lady Captain in 2001, and gained the utmost respect from all
sections of the club.
We extend our deepest sympathy to her family and in particular to her daughter, Steph.
