Captain’s Charity Day – Sunday 9th July
A beautiful morning started early with the setting up of the Gazebo to host the Check in and halfway refreshments for the members today.
Andy Williams and Ailsa Lines supported by their Vice Captains Grant Beck and Jan Machin along with helpers put together a superbly organised day.
Good weather was a key factor for a great day.
Some very good scoring was had on a very well prepared course.
The winners on the day were:-
1st Place Scott Boryszczuk & Jack Parker 47pts
2nd Place Andrew & Pamela Watson 46pts (cb)
3rd Place Graham Bell & David Hitch 46pts (n/A for picture)

An Auction took place after the prize giving, with the members being very generous with their bids.
Entries, Raffle Tickets, Donations and the Auction raised a fantastic total of £4532.35 for the Captain’s Charity of The British Heart Foundation.
