Welcome to our Men’s Section.
The information in this men’s home-page will be pretty static, but all the other pages will keep you up to date of key events within our Men’s golf club.
So why do you play golf...?
to be a regular competition player
to develop and improve your game and reduce your handicap
a social golfer who wants to enjoy a game with his mates
or just to be physically active and enjoy the fresh air and great scenery around our courses
Whatever the reason you play golf at Belton Woods these pages are for you....
For existing members to keep an Active handicap read the details on the handicaps page.
For our new members
play three rounds of golf with a member on either of the 18 hole courses
sign and countersign the scorecards
submit them via the pro-shop or handicap box in the men’s golf changing rooms.
They will be collected by our handicapping secretary Tony Hills who will put your details onto the computer database for you to view. There is a one off £5 administration fee for all new handicaps issued, and once your handicap is assigned you are able to enter all our competitions. Again all details are on the Handicap page
If you’re transferring from another club ask your former Handicapping Secretary to write a letter confirming your handicap and that Belton Woods is now your home club, forward it to Tony Hills and he will do the rest.
We very much look forward to seeing all the members of Belton Woods being part of and joining our golf club, everyone is welcome.
